Shipping Information
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Global Post. At checkout, you'll find a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, each with its own estimated delivery time under normal circumstances.

Our free shipping option (available for U.S. orders only) we use USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers in 3-4 business days. Once your package is on its way, we'll provide tracking details via email for your peace of mind.
While we strive to process and hand off your order to USPS by the next business day, Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be shipped the following business day.

International Shipping
For our international customers, delivery times may vary due to local postal services and customs processes, which are beyond our control. We’re not responsible for delays caused by these external factors, so please plan accordingly. Additionally, your country may charge customs fees or taxes upon arrival.
To simplify this, our checkout offers the option to prepay these fees when selecting USPS or Global Post as your shipping method (please note prepayment of duties and taxes may not be available in your country).

If you opt not to prepay, you’ll need to settle any fees directly with your local customs office before receiving your package.

Important Shipping Note
All orders ship from Texas, USA. For overseas buyers using standard USPS First Class Mail, delivery could take weeks, especially if packages are delayed in customs—a process we cannot expedite. For faster service, we do not recommend First Class Mail service.
